Are all the flavors natural or artificial?
Every recipe is different and can contain artificial, natural, or both types of flavors.
How long can I expect a delivery to take?
Delivery time depends on order size and the location it is being shipped to. On average orders can take about 1-3 weeks for preparation and delivery. Small orders may be fulfilled much faster.
How do I order custom flavors that are not listed on the site?
If you can't find what you are looking for on the site. Please visit our custom flavor section or contact our sales department for more information.
Are other size options available aside from litre and gallon jugs?
Yes, we can customize the container size for you upon request. Please contact our sales department for more information.
Are discounts available for high-volume purchases?
Yes. For orders exceeding 100 gallons, volume discounts are available. Please contact our sales department for more information on volume discounts.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping cost is calculated based on order dimensions, weight, and shipping destination. Additional charges may be incurred for flammable products that are considered dangerous goods. Shipping costs will be added to the invoice after your order is submitted.
How can I request samples of flavors?
